Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, MCE for Lower Manya Krobo Municipality who paid an unannounced visit to some registration centers in his area was impressed with the arrangements put in place at the 4 Electoral Commission registration centres in his Municipality as he observed a second tour to the centers since the commencement of the voter’s registration exercise.
The Hon. MCE as part of his working schedule visited 4 EC registration centres 3 at Kpong and the special registration center for the age, physically challenged and the Pregnant women at the EC office at Nuaso.
He commended the officers for ensuring that applicants adhere strictly to the laid down public health protocols during this challenging times.
He advised them to enforce the laid down public health protocols including the social distancing directives and wearing of Nose masks which is now mandatory according to Presidential directives to protect the general public in this trying times.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, in an exclusive interview with www.krobolandonline.com after his tour to the registration centres entreated his citizens to abide by the laid down public health protocols by the Electoral Commission for their best interest.
He continued to say that, the Covid-19 global pandemic is real and for us all to be safe and have a peaceful and safe registration process, we must adhere to the protocols.
