The NPP Leadership in Yilo Krobo Constituency continued their tour on Tuesday, March 19th, with their parliamentary candidate, Hon. Dr. Richard Twum Barimah Koranteng, to Boti and Obawale Zones, where they officially introduced him to the traditional leaders in the area.
Hon. Dr. Richard Twum Barimah Koranteng, addressing both gatherings, emphasised that before this new leadership faith, he had to faithfully serve the Yilo Krobo Constituency with all his heart at different levels, where he gave his all at all times.
He continues to appeal to the traditional leaders whom he holds in high esteem to lead his campaign since most of them can attest to his development-oriented leadership, among others.
Hon. Dr. Richard Twum Barimah Koranteng stated that it’s time for Yilo Krobo Constituency to develop and not party colours since their opponents in the NDC have taken them and their years of loyalty to them for granted, and his leadership as the Parliamentary candidate will sure end that trend and bring Yilo Krobo Constituency in line with some of the fast-developing constituencies in the country in the best interest of the good people of Yilo Krobo.
Alhaji Teye Abubakar, Chairman of the NPP in the Yilo Krobo Constituency, appealed to the traditional leadership in the zones they visited to try their candidate, whom they have known for development and self-service to humanity, in the best interest of transforming Yilo Krobo Constituency, and they will never regret their decision.
Nene Teye Kwame and Boti Dadematse welcome the news of Hon. Dr. Richard Twum Barimah Koranteng leading the NPP into the 2024 elections since he trusts him to deliver on the mandate when given the opportunity.
He entreated his fellow traditional leaders in the area to think in the best interest of their people and not their own gain since their area has been neglected by the previous members of Parliament despite their commitment to them. They must think of development for their people this time by voting for the person who has already done so much, despite the fact that he has not been elected as their Member of Parliament yet.
