As part of activities of Pencils of Promise 10th Anniversary in Ghana Celebration, On Monday 20th June, 2022 the Group Observed Pencils of Promise MPs Reading With Learners Project at Tortibo D/A Basic School In the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern Region.
Hon. Thomas Nyarko Ampem, MP for Asuogyaman Constituency led a team of high powered dignitaries to read with the learners of Tortibo D/A Basic School to mark the day.
The other great dignitaries on the reading panel yesterday were Dr. Mrs. Cecilia Esinam E. Agbeh (Principal of Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya), Ms. Juiliana Abbey (Ministry of Gender, Children And social Protection) and Nana Nyanya Amartey Agblah.
A delegation from Worldelreader, the main partners of Pencils Of Promise on their reading project were also part of the colorful and interactive ceremony.
