Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, MCE for Lower Manya Krobo Municipality has been crowned the winner of UCIA 2020 Circle of excellence award in Leadership at the just ended 11th Ever Achievers Leadership Award ceremony.
The award scheme which is aim at acknowledging outstanding leaders in the Public and Political sector is organized annually by the United Clergy International Association Worldwide.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh after receiving the Eastern Regional category at the event which was held last Saturday at the Conference hall at the All Nation University in Koforidua dedicated the Award to H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for giving him the opportunity to serve his people.
He continued to acknowledge the support he has been enjoying from the good people of the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality especially the leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the numerous supports during this time of his stewardship in the Municipality.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh in his acceptance speech pledged to continue to serve his people and Mother Ghana with commitment and true dedication to service with honesty.
Other State officials who were honoured on that night were Hon. Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah Adjei – MP for Akuapem North Constituency/ Deputy Minister for Information, Hon. Eric Osei Owusu – MP for Afram Plains South Constituency, Hon. Samuel Kwame Agyekum – DCE for Asuogyaman District, Hon. Osei Frimpong – MP for Abirem Constituency.
The rest are Hon. Gifty Twum Ampofo – MP for Abuakwa North Constituency /Deputy Minister for Education, Hon. Daniel Nana Addo Kenneth – DCE for Okere who also received the award for UCIA 2020 Innovative award for excellence in leadership.
Hon. Andy Appiah Kubi, MP for Asente Akin North Constituency who doubled as the deputy Minister for railways development won the award of UCIA 2020 Heroes of Distinction Award for excellence in Leadership.
