The Northern Regional Command of the Ghana National Fire Service led by the Operational Officer, DO III Tisong Charles, joined Ghana Armed Forces, Ghana Police Service, Ambulance and Immigration Services in this years Counter Terrorism Training exercise at Dalung in Kumbungu District of the Northern Region.
The exercise dubbed, “EX BURNING ARROW 22” was a 5-day Command Level and Field Training aimed at preparing sub units of the Northern Command to respond to evolving security situations to ensure efficiency at role and mission. It was also aimed at promoting inter-security agency cooperation to help protect the country against terrorism.
The exercise covered areas such as Hamile, Bawku and Kumbungu with 6 Infantry Battalions.
