Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, MCE for Lower Manya Krobo Municipality has embarked on a Covid-19 sensitization tour with a donation of some PPEs to some Mini Markets in his Municipality.
The Hon. MCE donated boxes of hand sanitizers and reusable nose masks to Traders and their customers at the Lassi Market, Manya Kpongunor Mini Market, Nuaso Newtown Mini Market as well as the Kpong Fishing harbor Mini Market all in his Municipality.
The Hon. MCE in his separate addresses appealed to the traders and buyers to keep their guard in the fight against the deadly coronavirus pandemic since the health crisis which has affected our daily lifestyles and livelihoods is far from over.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh pledged his commitment to continue leading the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic in his Municipality but made it clear that he can’t do it alone.
He further appeals to the leadership of the groups he engaged during his tour on Tuesday 2nd February, 2021 to appeal to their families and friends to adhere strictly to the laid down public health protocols for the general good of the entire community.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh cautioned the citizens that in the best interest of cubing the spread of the Corona virus pandemic, Only Family Funerals are allowed in these challenging times and anyone who does something contrary is going against the laws and can be arrested by the state security agancies.
The Market women on separate occasions appeals to H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to reappointed Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh as the Municipal Chief executive for the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality because his leadership over the past years is trust wealthy and they will be happy to see him continuing with his unique leadership of the Municipality.
