Rev. Monsignor Paul Lawer, A Catholic Priest in the Koforidua Diocese of the Catholic Church and currently the Parish Priest of St. Theresa’s Parish, Suhum has served the good people of the Catholic Church at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, Agormanya as the Parish Priest from somewhere around the early 90’s to the early 2000’s before his departure to Nkawkwa where he had served till his Apostolic call for further studies in his call to served in the house of the Lord.
Rev. Monsignor Paul Lawer is Koforidua Diocesan Chaplain of the CHRISTIAN MOTHERS’ Association and coordinator of JUSTICE AND Peace COMMISSION, Koforidua Dioceses.
Rev. Monsignor Paul on Thursday 10th October, 2019 made a return to join family and friends in Akrusu Saisi in the Upper Manya krobo District, a community he had his basic education in the 1968 to celebrate the 70th Anniversary Celebration of Akrusu Saisi R/C Basic School where he made a public assurance to fully finance extra classes for the JHS Students as well as pay for a special mock examination for the final year JHS students to help improve the performance of the students of Akrusu Saisi R/C Basic School.
In line of creating several platforms for the students of Akrusu Saisi R/C Basic School who are living in a deprived community to get up to speed with whatever is happening in the fast growing global community, he assured to take care of several excursion tours for the students to the city centres and the industrial cities in the country to give them the need exposure.
