A Nissan Almera car with registration GR 2283 – 13 has been consumed by fire while a welder was working on it.
The sad incident happened about 5:30pm on Saturday 13th June, 2020 on the KING Sakite bypass in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality.
Eyewitness report indicates that an electric welding apprentice was giving a fix to the car before fire strike and burnt down the car totally.
The Fire fighters from Kpong Fire Station in the Municipality arrived at the scene but their efforts couldn’t recuse the car from total damage.
No major injuries were recorded in the unfortunate incident as the fire fighters from the Kpong Fire Station has commenced with investigation into the cause of the sad incident.
