Four person have been injured when a Madza salon car with registration GR 666 – W, which they were on board, Kpong towards Agormanya direction veered off the main road near the railway crossing at Kpong and crush into the bush.

The mangled vehicle has since been toed to the police station.
The accident occurred in the early hours of Monday 22nd June, 2020.

Eye witness reports indicates that the car which was driving at a very high speed runs of the road breaking some sign posts by the road side before crashing upside down.
The four persons on board who all sustained various degrees of injuries were rescued and rushed to the St. Martin de Porres Hospital, Agormanya for emergency treatment.

Information gathered from the hospital indicates that all the four persons arrived at the hospital but in the process of administrating treatment to them, one person has absconded from the hospital.
The remaining 3 persons are stable and responding to treatment at the St. Martin de Porres Hospital, Agormanya.
Police officers from the Kpong Police Station under the Akuse District Police Command has commenced with investigation into incident.
