Residents of Akuse in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality and transport operators in the area on Monday 26th September 2022 organised a massive demonstration to express their displeasure to Government about the very bad state of the road network in the area.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana to as a matter of urgency do something about this Deplorable road network in the area which is damaging their vehicles and causing very life threatening road accidents leading to death of some people.

Several employees of Golden exotic, Shine Star, VRA-Akuse, Akuse Government Hospital, Akuse Methodist Technical SHS, Ghana Commercial Bank – Akuse Branch among others couldn’t make it to their various work places as the only link road to the area was blocked by the demonstrators.
