Oklepeme Nuer Anobaah Sasraku II, Konor of Yilo Klo Traditional area charged Hon. Eric Tetteh, MCE for Yilo Krobo Municipality to be Strong, firm and fair in his decision making as the Hon. MCE if he wants to be successful.
He said this when Hon. Eric Tetteh paid a courtesy call on him at his Palace on Thursday 14th October, 2021.
Oklepeme Nuer Anobaah Sasraku II stated that for the Political Leader like the Municipal Chief Executive to successfully lead the people of Yilo Krobo Municipality to Prosperous Yilo Klo State, the Leader must be very strong whenever taking decisions since some previous Hon. MCEs has struggled because of the high level of external powers influencing their decisions which has brought problems to them and not the external powers.
Oklepeme Nuer Anobaah Sasraku II further cautioned the Hon. Eric Tetteh to give a listening hears to his people since he is going to take decisions for them for the next 3 years and more and if he perform well, it will be a good boost to his Political life since he’s a young and vibrant Politician.
The Konor of Yilo Klo State in his conclusions advised Hon. Eric Tetteh to try as Much as Possible to be a leader for all the good people in the Municipality since his current Position despite being a Political appointment must have his Allegiance to the Republic of Ghana and the good people of the Yilo Krobo Municipality if he wants to succeed as Oklepeme Nuer Anobaah Sasraku II tasked the Management and staff of the Yilo Krobo Municipality to support their new Hon. MCE to succeed in this quest to serve his people.
Nene Konor on his own behalf and on behalf of the Chiefs, Queen Mothers and the Good people of the Yilo Klo State officially Welcomed Hon. Eric Tetteh into Office as he assured him of Maximum cooperation and support from the Traditional leadership in the area for the best interest of development.
Hon. Eric Tetteh, MCE for Yilo Krobo Municipality expressed his heartiest appreciation to the Konor of Yilo Klo Traditional area, Oklepeme Nuer Anobaah Sasraku II and his Traditional Cabinet made up of Chiefs, Queen Mothers and elders for the great welcome and advises on his first official visit to the Royal Home of the Konor.
The Hon. MCE assures the traditional gathering of his commitment to transform the Sanitation, Education, health, Security as well as the Road Sector in the Yilo Krobo Municipality and he can only achieve that fate when he have the full support of the traditional leadership in the area since they’re the custodians of the land.
Hon. Eric Tetteh affirmed his commitment and readiness to work closely with the entire Traditional and Political structures in the Yilo Klo State to bring Development and Massive infrastructure transformation to the area to help in the fight of against Poverty and unemployment which has battled the area for too long.
Mr. E. K. Asamoah, Yilo Krobo Municipal Coordinating Director led the team of Management Members and staff who accompanied the Hon. MCE as he paid a courtesy call on the Konor of Yilo Klo Traditional Area.
