Police officers under the Odumase-Krobo District Police Command in the Eastern Region on Friday, June 4, 2025, marked the public holiday with a major clean-up exercise across all police facilities under the Command.
The exercise was simultaneously carried out at the District Headquarters as well as the two stations under the Command — Odumase Police Station and Nuaso Police Station — with officers turning out in impressive numbers to clean their offices and surroundings.
Speaking to www.krobolandonline.com after the exercise, the Odumase-Krobo District Crime Officer, ASP Augustine K. Asante Kusi, commended the personnel for their strong participation and commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy working environment.
He noted that while this clean-up effort coincided with the holiday, it would not be limited to an annual event. “This initiative will be carried out periodically to ensure that our working spaces remain clean and conducive for both officers and the public,” ASP Kusi added.
