Mr. Moses Okley, member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Lower Lower Manya Krobo Constituency has donated a cash of Ten Thousand Ghana Cedis (10,000) with 30 creates of assorted soft drinks and 40 packs of bottle water to the leadership of the Party in the Constituency.
The gesture was to support the party’s operations during the voter’s registration exercise which he called very critical times in the political space of the country.
The NPP leadership in the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency led by the Chairman, Mr. Charles Kwesi Borkor and Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh, MCE for Lower Manya Krobo Municipality received the presentation on behalf of party.
Mr. Okley in a short speech assured the party of his maximum support to enable them perform their duties and help win the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency Parliamentary seat for the first time as they work hard at giving 4 more years for the President of the Republic of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to do more for the good people of Ghana.
Mr. Charles Kwesi Borkor, Chairman of the NPP in the area called the gesture a true act of a patriotism to the NPP and on his own behalf and expressed their heartiest appreciation to him for the donation made which will go a long way to support their registration activities and motivate the party agents on the grounds.
Hon. Simon Kweku Tetteh in an interview with www.krobolandonline.com after the presentation said this will go a long way to motivate the committed members on the field sacrificing to make sure Ghana have a credible Voter’s register for a peaceful election 2020 coming December 7.
The Hon. MCE conclude by calling on the general public especially the good people in the Lower Manya Krobo Constituency to come out in their numbers to register to be able to voter in the December election but with adherence to the laid down public health protocols during this challenging times.
