The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality, Hon. John Atteh Matey, was pleasantly surprised and deeply impressed by the artistic talent of Korletey Ebenezer, a former student of Makrosec and a gifted pencil artist who works under the brand name K. EBEN Artworks.
The presentation took place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Hon. MCE’s office, where Ebenezer presented a stunning pencil portrait as a token of appreciation and artistic expression. The young artist, a beneficiary of cultural initiatives spearheaded by the Lower Manya Krobo Municipal Culture Office, was accompanied by the Municipal Culture Officer, Mr. Anomah Francis, who facilitated the meeting.
Moved by the artwork and the potential of the young talent, Hon. John Atteh Matey immediately instructed Benjamin Antwi, Director of the National Youth Authority in the municipality, to enroll Korletey Ebenezer into the ongoing apprenticeship programme without delay.
The MCE also assured the young artist of his full support in nurturing and promoting his artistic journey, emphasizing the importance of empowering local talents to reach their full potential.
