Hydro Co-Operative Credit Union Limited (HCCUL), led by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Vivian A. Matey, on Sunday officially commissioned and handed over a modern mechanized borehole fitted with an overhead Polytank to the people of Adjena-Pese as part of its corporate social responsibility.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Mrs. Matey assured the people of Adjena-Pese of a strong partnership that will drive development in the area. She also encouraged the community to consider doing business with the HCCUL brand to deepen the relationship.

As part of the visit, the delegation paid a courtesy call on Nana Osae Nyampong VI, Chief of Adjena-Pese, and his elders to pay homage and present branded souvenirs before the official commissioning.

In his remarks, Nana Osae Nyampong VI commended HCCUL for responding to the community’s urgent need for potable water, despite not having direct operations within the area. He wished the institution well in all its endeavors and assured them of a warm welcome and continuous cooperation anytime they visit his palace or engage in activities within the community.
