A 60 year old Sackey Esther Dede have died and 11 others sustained various degree of injuries in a fatal accident which happened at Ayemersu, a village near Odumase Krobo in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality.
Body of the deceased who was confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital as since been deposited in the morgue awaiting autopsy whiles the injured are also receiving treatment at the Atua government hospital and Saint Martin hospital receiving treatment..
The unfortunate accident occurred yesterday, Saturday, January 15, 2022 at about 9:15pm.
Eyewitness say the driver, Nartey Stephen who was in charge of a Hyundai H100 mini bus loaded with foodstuffs with passengers onboard was traveling from Asesewa towards Odumase Krobo direction.
It said the vehicle upon reaching Ayemersu veered off its road and sumersulted before landing at the other side of the road.
